If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.
Mariedrummey provides business mentoring programs, corporate governance advisory, institutional reputation management, and private investment portfolio optimization. Services are exclusively aimed at financial sector executives and are provided under specific agreements detailing scope, duration, and deliverables. No specific financial results or investment returns are guaranteed.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information during the advisory process, as well as to maintain the confidentiality of shared materials. They are responsible for evaluating the suitability of recommendations for their particular context. Misuse of information or unauthorized disclosure of proprietary content will result in immediate suspension of the service.
Mariedrummey shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business opportunities, or investment decisions based on the consulting services provided. The maximum liability in any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service in the last six months. Recommendations do not constitute regulated legal, tax, or financial advice.
All content, methodologies, tools, and materials provided during the mentoring are the exclusive property of Mariedrummey. The user receives a limited, non-transferable license for internal use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercialization without prior written authorization is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, termination will be immediate without the right to a refund.
